I'm just curious, who are y'all's favorite Mother 3 characters? Mine are Claus, Lucas, and Abbot, but Claus is definitely my favorite of all of them lmao
claus because he’s sussy
this is going to be a long comment because i absolutely adore how completely different the characters are in this series, but either duster or kumatora. duster, because he’s so.. weird and plain at the same time. he’s just a slightly crippled stinky thief man who kicks and punches people, aside from psi or other techniques, and he’s just some guy who got dragged along on the journey, and not only does his insane talent make him unique and impressive, but it makes him such a fascinating character. because if duster lived in a normal suburban neighborhood, or slums, or a medieval time period, or a fantastical realm, he’d still be weird. there’s no normal for duster because his weirdness and uniqueness makes him so out of place and interesting.
for kumatora, she’s just insanely likable, fun to use in combat, and also a really different and unique character than what i have seen before. she’s a girl raised by immortal beings who taught her to use special magic and isolated her from society her whole life who’s rowdy and talks to animals while kicking ass. like if you put chuck norris and paula into a blender, i guess. since i just relate to her the most out of all the characters, i would consider her my favorite, but pretty much everyone in the MOTHER series is great.
